Oral History Project
The Huronia Museum has partnered with Askennonia and Midland Secondary School to interview members of the community who have been able to share their stories relating to the history of Midland and the surrounding area.
Participants are interviewed by history students from Midland Secondary School, who research and prepare their own questions for the interviewee. After the interviews have been recorded, they are shown at a special luncheon hosted by Askennonia which are free to the public.
This episode of The Huronia Museum Show features the first luncheon held May 31, 2011.
Below you will find a list of interview which you can view at any time, be it for research, nostalgia, or just for fun!
