Vendor Information

Thank you so much for being part of our annual holiday vendor fair!

This year is bigger than ever so there will be vendors throughout the entire museum. I’m including a floor plan so you can see where you are placed. If you have a request or question about  your placement please let me know by this Thursday November 9 at 10am, so I have time to rearrange if necessary.
If you can, it’s a good idea to bring a friend or family member with you to look after your booth if you need to get up for a break….or talk to your vendor neighbours and arrange to look after each others for short stretch or bathroom breaks.
PLEASE NOTE: We are in the middle of making a ramp to the back door so we will be loading in and out of the front only. We do have a dolly and and cart you can use if you like.
SPACE
The space you are given is for an 8 foot table and perhaps a small rack or display at the end. It is about 10 feet long (with an added space on either end to get in and out) and 6 feet deep (enough for your table and you to sit behind). There are a few spaces that are a little narrower due to the layout of the museum.
Please remember we are inside a museum and be respectful of the space around you. If you are in the auditorium you can place things on the wall but only using painters tape so the paint is not removed.
If you are unsure about whether or not you should do something, please ask.

SET UP

There are two possible time slots to set up your things….Friday November 17 between 9 and 4pm or Saturday at 8am. If you come Saturday morning, please be here before 9am to make sure everyone is set up and ready to sell when we open our doors at 10am.  On November 17

There will be signs up and masking tape on the floor so you can find your space when you get here to set up, and I will be here to help you find your way too!

TEAR DOWN
The show is open to the public until 4pm so it is important to have your booth fully operating until 4pm.  After 4pm we will tear down, and everyone will be finished by 5pm at the latest.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are totally full but I included the vendor application because there is more information on there too.
