Welcome to Huronia Museum

Huronia Museum is located in Midland, Ontario, Canada. It features a replica of a “pre-contact” Huron/Ouendat village, including a lookout tower, wigwam and a full-size longhouse.

The museum also features an exhibit gallery featuring tens of thousands of historic artifacts ranging from photographs, native archaeology, marine heritage of Georgian Bay and art by members of the Group of Seven, and others.

Hours of operation

Open 7 days a week at the moment

Monday through Sunday
9 a.m. to 4 p.m

Last admission at 3.00 pm.

Visitor bubbles will be admitted every 3o minutes starting at 9 am each day. Visitors are encouraged to book a time by calling the museum at 705 526 2844 or emailing us at huroniamuseum@gmail.com.

Due to Covid 19 Restrictions, our admissions rates have changed.

PLEASE NOTE: The Village is remaining closed due to Covid 19 restrictions.
