Huronia Museum continues with Village only visitation.
Unfortunately Huronia Museum has had another flood as a result of the heavy rain today. This means we will continue to be open in a limited way. Only the Huron Ouendat Village will be open for tours on Sunday, August 16, 2014 as we dry things out in the museum again with the restoration crew from Winmar.
We will keep updating information as the situation changes. Please keep checking the blog and our facebook page for updates.
UPDATE – Museum Town Launch Change of Location
Due to inclement weather, our Museum Town launch party and picnic, that was to be held at the Midland Town Dock, will now be held at the Askennonia Seniors Centre at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre.
It will still be at 12:00 and there will still be free lunch! Please spread the word!
