Come join us at Huronia Museum for the March Break of the Penguins Day Camp, March 15-19.

Experience polar themed crafts and activities including The Polar Bear Thoroughfare, Killer Whale Tag, Tuxedo Torpedo and numerous special games and crafts dedicated to St. Patrick’s Day. All these exciting activities plus daily skating at the North Simcoe Rec. Centre and tobogganing on Campbell’s Hill are just the tip of the iceberg.

Camp runs Monday March 15 to Friday March 19 from 9 am to 4 pm each day at a cost of $22 per day.  Children should bring a lunch and two snack each day as well as a complete set of outdoor clothes, skates and indoor shoes.  Kids are welcome to bring their own toboggans to camp, we only ask that they not bring GT Snowracers.  We do not require the children to wear helmets for skating or tobogganing, but if they bring one, they will be asked to wear it.  We also recommend extra socks and mittens just in case they get wet during outside play time and it is a good idea to make sure your child’s name is in all their extra clothing, including snow pants and jackets!

Registration for March Break of the Penguins Day Camp is limited so we recommend booking ahead.  For more information or to make a booking please contact Huronia Museum at 526-2844 or email us at education@huroniamuseum.com
