Thor Hansen was a Canadian designer and craft advocate. Museum collections manager Genevieve Carter shows us some of the many pieces of Hansen’s design work on display at the Huronia Museum.

Very interesting, my grandfather was VP of B/A oil somewhere in the mid 20th century. He ran the gas station on the 400 at one time, too (Dave Winter). I wonder if he was the VP along with my grandmother Catherine, who encouraged him to design for the company?
