In a joint project between Huronia Museum, Askennonia and Midland Secondary School, students are given the opportunity to interview local people who have interesting personal stories about the history of Midland and the surrounding area.
The resulting interviews were recorded and shown at a special luncheon at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre on May 31st, 2011. More interviews (and luncheons) will be held in the coming months.
Summer Jam Day Camp runs from June 29 to September 2, 2011. It runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Early drop-off and pick-up are available. The cost for Summer Jam is $22/day for Huronia Museum members, $24/day for non-members.
