Calvin, Gillian and Erin work hard to get the museum looking great for the busy summer season. Mother nature, however, has other plans this particular day!
In a joint project between Huronia Museum, Askennonia and Midland Secondary School, students are given the opportunity to interview local people who have interesting personal stories about the history of Midland and the surrounding area.
The resulting interviews were recorded and shown at a special luncheon at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre on May 31st, 2011. More interviews (and luncheons) will be held in the coming months.
